Come back after 1 month plus break to play my new buffalo after US split, everywhere i go i see cleverland. Worst still many cleverland did not know what they are doing. Giving free broadside and taking huge dmg, sailing in the open, rushing to capture points alone... It really wow.

And seriously i have no confident to shoot them with AP since for some reason, i always get trolled by it armor, even it just 7km away

Its exciting times for those Cleveland drivers that have never seen T8.   Exciting and shortlived.

The Noobs who didn't taste the grinding of T6 (30.000~50.000xp) + T7 (100.000~125.000xp), now suddenly play in high tier battle.
Damn, why I didn't see this coming & I was with the people who hype about this.
T9 & T10 can enjoy this, but T6 & T7 players are screwed, especially DDs, since now all match making always result a match with T8, because they overpopulated.

just lost 4 games. 1 of match saw a cleverland camping at islands near cap. the whole team is out shooting and he still camping there....  really many potato playing cleverland

No, this is a bad time.. you want a dd to cap, they wont, why? too many radars n crap about.. laugh it up bb and cruiser players.. you wont when your the ones who have to cap..

Right now , CV is really impossible to play between 6 - 9 due to Pepsi , NO , Plebbland and Baltimore and Buffo.

Having played over 1000 games in old Cleverland it saddens me to see what's happening - but now I have a radar ship, I can hide behind islands until our DDs are dead and then get killed by the unstoppable BBs capping.

You are right there. With all those new radar ships, you have to drive your DD very carefully = there is radar *everywhere*.

In the last two days, I did a number of battles in T6 to T9 DD's with fast firing guns for the Indianapolis marathon  = 1000 main gun hits. I positioned carefully and still got pinged by radar several times. Some of the T8 Cleveland's pinged me from behind islands with nobody have a line of fire, so it was a scare with no damage done.

even when almost half of his team die and he still camping behind. not doing anything like capping or support fire. i met few of those already.

they don't know what to do. just camping there doing nothing and waiting for ships to come by and spam fire.

every match i get in with 3-4 cleverland it a lost match

I am having great times with Bismarck. Apparently a good number of them do not use IFHE, and as such, deal no damage to you. And a good number of them do not realize they have RADAR and can be put to good use.
