Arpeggio ships should be improved

There should be a big changes for arpeggio ships in WoWS . 
All arpeggio battleships: Faster gun rotation from 60sec to 35sec with commander skills. Also more powerful AA guns and secondary guns. Fire chance reduced to 20%. 
ARP Takao: increase the damage of all artillery and AA. 
ARP Myoko: increase the damage of torpedoes. 
ARP Nachi: hydroacoustic search radious increase to 10 km. 
ARP Haguro: defensive AA fire replaced with speed boost and better manouverability. 
ARP Ashigara: reload time of all artillery decreased to 5% while the consumeable decreased to 10%. 
All of those characteristics are not applied with commander skills except for gun rotation. Those characteristics are based in the actual arpeggio series. From now on, Arpeggio ships are able to mount secondary hull Why i suggest this? Because Arpeggio ships are nothing but stock ships with useless camouflages.

Aside from that, their gunfire sound should be replaced by laser gun sound. Also, their shells should be replaced with lasers. Their camouflages and models looks bad and should be improves too.Please don't ignore this feedback. It's crucial for the game.

As much as i like using those ships and its captains, gameplay mechanics > historical / accuracy.

An enemy called me a cheater some time ago in an arp kongo iinm. rngesus answered my prayers only for that day.

No Times ares consistent with most 203mm guns in game.  A New Orleans runs at 54 secs for full rotation

The ARP ship were specifically advertised as being stock hull ships with standards camos and not Premium ships.

Let us have a klein field consumable specifically for ARP ships(take 0 dmg for a period of time)

Back in the day when the ARP captains couldn't be used on IJN ships, I used to specialise them differently so they wouldn't be clones of each other. For example, Hiei was Secondary build, Haruna was AA, Kongo was survivability, etc. Of course, now that they can crew other IJN ships, I would rather use those captains elsewhere and let the ships themselves rust in port.

But let's face it, while it would be nice for WG to differentiate the ARP ships, it is probably never going to happen.

Some part of me agreed with this "Constructive gameplay idea" for gameplay wise.

However World of Warships has its own core gameplay already, trying to give the same class of ship with special ability is like trying to break the core gameplay's balance.
Premium ships are a good example of this already. Not to mention having these special character/ships with special ability will powercreep the original model of the same ship class.
Also devs doesn't want the game to turn full arcade as everyone knows from some of the feedbacks on spacebattles already. Players either hated or loved spacebattle so the same apply for this gameplay idea.
Arpeggio of Blue Steel collab has already ended so that could be another reason for devs to not make any sort of change related to those collab products. we can only hope for 2nd time but that's unlikely.

Why not make the neons have fixed bonus consistent with may be type 4 camo. Absolutely nothing makes no sense.

Still wonder why people use Arpeggio ship. I transferred all it's chick-commander to my normal Japanese ships.

@ OP and @RalphTheTheatreCat the ARP ships are not stock hull, they have all modules researched and purchased, they just cannot gain any camo benefits.

I personally love the ARP cruisers and have hundreds of games total on them. They perform just fine without camo. I would never say no to additional camo benefits, but its never been enough of a hindrance that I'd considered not playing these ships.

And now that they count as semi premiums ( can use any IJN commanders w/o retraining - without premium economic benefits) theyre the best source of elite commander xp for the average player. 

For example, this 200% bonus on first win weekend, I play each ARP Myoko sister and ARP takao once a day, the win gets me 10K elite commander xp on premium account with just a confederate signal. Thats 60K in 6 games. And as T7's the Myoko's are usually top tier during peak server population hours. 

ARP ships are just fine, they don't need further performance buffs.

WG is unlikely to do anything to these ships that won’t be applied to all others, but I would like to see the ships replaced by their regular counterparts, and given a permanent camouflage that makes it look like it’s ARP model. So then I could sell all the duplicates, and still dress up my Kongo in the 4 ARP camos if I felt like it.

You do know that if they were to be sold they would half the purchase price!

while I don’t use them it’s nice to know I have 5 cruisers and 3 battleships that I can use the 1st win bonus on my inj captains.

ARP mangas/model kits are still pretty popular in JP/ASIA, I wouldn't be surprised if WG suddenly decides to bring them back for another collaboration to add in ARP Yamato/Musashi perma camos events like space camos & can you imagine if WG gave the current ARP ships the ability to put on normal camo... those guys who already sold the ships would /wrist? :cap_fainting:
