ALAWAYS DISCONNECT AND CANT RECONNECT

after update to the 071,eveytime i play the game and every match i will disconnect at least once.

before i update to the 071，this problem hardly happened.

and now i cant connect the servers a lot of times

even if i successfully connect the servers and start a match，i will disconncet soon.

the most terrible is i cant reconnect again nerly 5mins

and im surely i ve been reportted a lot of times in the game because this problem

seriously i have to think about give up this game even if i really like this game and i want to start a battle

i cant figure out what hell happen when i update to 071

have you tried to check the integrity at the launcher?

 

Setting menu > support > Check

if does not working or the problem still occur, try to  reinstall or send a ticket to the customer service

I followed your advice and reinstall the game

and now this problem seems to be solved.

i will keep eye on this problem for a while.
