There is this 88,888 XP mission, you can win the Lantern camo there, not sure you can buy it. Also not sure it's in any of the crates. Yellow dragon also isn't on sale in the ship, but there are various missions where you can win then. Some the Frenchie crates have them, but only some, and I don't think those are good value.
