You can have my Southern Dragon.  It hasn't rolled out of port since I got when they first were awarded (apart from 6 coop games).    Completely uninspiring ship.

While WoT get 1:35 conversion rate to free exp, some nice event and a lot of in game discount, we only get some grindy missions in WoWs ..... it kinda disappoint i guess

Why would you want to buy these? They don't even have premium status in terms of credits or XP gain... And strictly inferior to Myoko. IMO that's too costly compared to the effort and return.

The only thing you can do is transfer captains without retraining, other than that, nope. On top of that, these ships do not have camo advantage.
