Joining a division

I know you will think me totally dumb for asking so obvious a question - but how do I join a division.

I was invited mid-battle to join a division, and could not find any way to accept.

Anyone got any ideas?

In Port:

If someone invites you, you will see a popup with "X invited you to a division" with an "Accept" button, press that and you're good to go.

If someone is already in a division and for some reason he/they can't invite you or you want to Manually get into that division, press the "Join Division" button right beside the BIG ORANGE BATTLE BUTTON and w8 a bit, a list will pop up with current active divisions on top. If the division is not full(2/3 persons), you can click to join it....not sure if this works outside of clan though

If you want to invite someone to a division, add him to your contact first, then right click his name and select "invite to division". Clan members can be instead accessed from the clan tab beside contacts tab.

In Game:

Press "Tab" to bring team lineup. There will be some options in the right side. Enable the option which says something like "Allow people to invite you to a division". That way, a notification should pop up when someone invites you.

If you want to join manually, just hover your mouse over the name of the person you want to div with(while keeping "Tab" pressed), a plus "+" sign will appear, press it and you should be able to join....

Thanks very much - I thought the mouse was not available in game - except for gunnery - but I guess I'm wrong.

Aside from using Tab, you can activate mouse pointer anytime using "Ctrl"

You will then be able to hover the pointer over any thing and view its general info(if it has any). You can also access minimap settings in this way(which is very important if you already didn't know)

Also hold down the Ctrl to use the mouse to select enemy planes or dds or other enemies, so your AA or secondaries can focus on them....
