henry4? is that worth it?

I have charles martel, its STRONK ship. thanks to its OP-ness, i am becoming noob at other ship. since saint louis is almost all upgrade from charles martel, i wont doubt it will bad. BUT HENRY4 is different. its have no plane....... its reload slower, and its concealment is worse than the T9 and T8 french. i am already familiar with the charles martel and really like the playstyle.

 

i have some free xp to jump from saint louis to henry4. if i like charles martel, is that worth it? or just stop at saint louis......

is that true henry4 is armor weak??? i have charles martel with similiar armor and can take the 203mm from phew phew des meme. why people telling its armor weak?

also, i am planning to get the RDF for henry4..... i cannt live without RDF. just saying i have 14 point commander skill, so i have the concealment expert already.

 

RDF+Speed Boost = sweet, i cannt wait for Richelieu

Henri IV weak armour will lead to weird overpen all the times, if the angle is good , the space armour will stop shells from citadelling from glancing hits. Though like any other cruiser , it can and will eat citadels from weird angles. Its speed is its greatest asset and best defence against an incoming salvo. You usually have enough time to juke incoming BB rounds continously

It has HORRENDOUS turret traverse and FLOATY shells that take quite a while to reach the target. The spaced armor has been a mixed bag experience for me, got saved in some cases and got deleted in others. Speed is its saving grace...however, unlike its predecessors, I don't find it reliable in spamming HE while kiting from range because of the shell velocity. That's why I run mine with double rudder shift mod and reload mod, although it may not be the optimal configuration...

Personally I think, both Moskva and Hinden outclass this ship by a big margin...not sure about the other ones though, but I haven't heard good things about the utility of HIV

RDF is good for clan battles setup only. You don't need those AA related skills. For randoms, nope, not on Henri.

It's a good ship if you just want to farm dmg, but it doesn't bring anything special to the table except to farm arsonist and witherer. It also needs time to go to work, so if your team collapses fast, you're boned.
