Designers need content and quality to compete and all that code has to go somewhere and if poorer quality computers and ISPs get left behind they don't really care too much Look at other games out there Warthunder. getting close to 20gb FO4. 30-40GB. HD texture FL is extra 58 GB The division. >40GB. Graphically all those games just make a mockery of WOWS so they are going to be bigger files. I have no doubt some people do suffer from these downloads but in todays market where streaming services are everywhere most ISPs tend to offer larger or unlimited downloads. I know my ISP has change my plan in the past 18 months from 200 to 500 to 1000GB at no extra cost and now offer unlimited.
