Musashi , Missouris are all over the place and the sit back and kite meta of ASIA spells doom to it. You 4x2 will feel kinda lacking most of the time and your 2nd wont find work as the combat distance is too far part. My best bet would be zig zagging between island and play tail behind a light cruiser or dd to scare off enemy dd. Unfortunately, the latter part of the grind coincided with the DoY, New Year and HSF campaigns and the bb numbers were a bit insane and my performance dropped again. Seeing as it's mostly up against t10s and only has 8 guns, I was happy to upgrade to the GK, retrain its captain and moor it permanently in port. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

145 [TDA] Kamanah Member 433 posts 13,487 battles Report post #6 Posted January 26, 2018 I went full secondary build with my FDG, including the reload module for secondaries, some might say its a silly thing to do, but it worked for me. Basically the dispersion can get really annoying at range, and even close up at times its questionable seeing you only have 8 guns. So just follow up the flotilla and be a little more reliable on your secondaries helping you out. Once i got to my GK i went for MBM3 over the SBM3 because having 12 guns means more shells to potentially hit your target. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

While they are the strongest secondaries in the game and can be scary, their damage/fires are limited. On top of that you have to get within 12km to use them. The dispersion buff will make gunnery a bit easier , and you have more chance to nail smaller ships, quite noticeable in fact Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
