It doesnt have to be alot of AA ships.

If the enemy team bring a ton of AADF you are screwed , it could take 5 min of waiting just to be cleared of AADF

I think it is quite simple, to make them extinct.

Short of removing the class from the game, CVs will always be safeguarded by the likes of Classic and DDL, escorted by whaling divisions.

How to make them extinct?

Introduce more overtly powerful CVs that have fighters 2 tiers above the tier the ship in and don't give them strafe out penalty

Not Playing Them.

Remove CV.

Don't listen to people whom says " Its what they need historical CV's " Ignore those Intelligent minded plebs.
