Thought the repairation haven't completed yet,im gratified to see the latency is playable. Sea-Me-We 3 submarine cable between Perth and Singapore is still down. Cable Ship Asean explorer has identified a third shunt fault and have began their repairs with a tentative repair completion on 2nd of October 2017. Customers can expect to see increased latency to Asian destinations until this link is restored. Further updates will be provided as they become available. Still experienced peak hour packet loss situations on occasion though.
