How do I apply my Camo Designed by Makoto Kobayashi to my KII

HI,

I purchase a KII battleship which came with a camo designed by Makoto Kobayashi. It appears in my inventory but it doesn't appear with the rest of my flags even when I have chosen the KII so I can apply it to it.

Is this a bug or am I missing something here out of ignorance. Either way can some one enlighten me please

Click on the eye sign
