Fubuki (A) ship module - unable to sell

The Fubuki (A) ship module does not show in the inventory as able to sell even though I have the (B) module fitted

either that or the (a) module in the module GUI for the fubuki does not show the cost once sold

 

Same for HATSUHARU

OR is it only ships with (C) module that can sell B

If so Sorry for the post

 

Seems like some destroyer (a) modules bugged

 

emerald works fine
