I am still trying to make sense of the collectibles

"Collectibles will only appear in the containers after the player receives the first Yamamoto Isoroku collectibles. "

"First Yamamoto Isoroku collectibles may be obtained after finishing the first Yamamoto Isoroku campaign or may be purchased in the Premium Shop."

So what does that mean you got to replay the campaign to get them or just the first batch of missions ?
