Is there a cosmetic mod for jets

Is there a mod to substitute a plane for a jet? (ie say, I change my squad of F4Us into F2Hs but keep the F4U stats so that only the only thing that changes is that I see jets - and maybe hear jets)

 

I don't know how to mod, and I can't substitute a plane folder for another plane folder because It's all in pkg, dll and bin files now.

Ah the old TX's had them. 

 

I don't know of a mod but perhaps the files are still around to be used.

I know the files used to be around (but they are labeled as "F9F" for some reason). Now I'm not sure because it's in pkg files

port mod contain many thing, some files contain way point for ships, cars, rail road, plane, blimps... to run around

those files are [name].chunk u can edit by notepad

So is this a downloadable or a file located somewhere in the world of warships folder?

inside PKG files, u need a PKG Unpacker to do, just google it and u shall find

Ok So I have tried using a few applications to do this but all I'm getting is "This is not a valid package" do I need a specific application?
