When they say go there, and then they go somewhere else

First, they said go A. Then as I was busy dueling with enemy BBs, the rest of the team suddenly made a beeline toward B leaving me and a farragut who tried to capture the area. I want to follow the team, but were pinned down by 3 BBs and a Graf Spee. The farragut died a quick but heroic death as he lay a smoke that is crucial for my survival and may even contribute to our victory. I hide inside the smoke, launch my spotter plane and start pumping rounds. The Graf Spee died first as I hit it with 3 citadels in one salvo. As the smoke wore away, I managed to a inflict substantial damage to the enemy and getting myself a high caliber achievement before I succumbed to the concentrated fire from 3 BBs. While all this happening, the rest the team just clumped together in B watching. Only when I'm dead, did they start to make their move. I feel like I've been deliberately fed to the wolf y my teammates and it make me angry. Well, in the end we were victorious and I'm at the top of the team. So all's well end's well.

Sorry for the rant. I've been fuming since yesterday and i need to get this out of my system. Anyway, here's my result.

Just be glad it ended in a victory, I've seen plenty of similar cock-ups that didn't.

We have to accept that some players are not going to strictly follow their initial suggestion whether or not they have good reason to.

 

The tendency of some players is to distance themselves from areas where they feel threatened, and in turn, other players who see the slight retreat would like to stay with the pack and follow.

 

Interestingly, every now and then people would gain a bit of courage when politely asked to push, as long as there's a good assurance that the push is positively reinforced by a strong ship, or by number.

 

As for players moving in only after their ally has died, I have no clue why.

 

I can't really say much about your teammates since I wasn't there. Anyway, good effort and +1 man, just don't let this game get to you on an emotional level just to be safe. haha

Well sometimes you plan on going somewhere, then suddenly see you are facing overwhelming enemy, and you just bail without informing your teammates. This even happen in divisions. So random players doing this is not surprising at all.

i hate Fuso, its HE citadel my La Glass. oh btw, this is not qualify as rant. you need to become noob instead of destroying everyship and win. 

sometimes the team is not reliable. in your case they said want to go to A but ended up running away....

 

in my case, Belfast or Atlanta hide behind island. i have shout to DD to not come near the island..... instead of running away, it come to there.

or the MOST WORST..... BB running away and dont want to tank. CRAP, why BB is so afraid of sinking -_-

Trust me I try to win and get peeved when players hump the blue line...I just hope for better team nxt time.

From what I see these days, people hanging back at blue line is pretty rare at high tiers. Almost everyone is active most of the time. Sometimes you see a few near blue line cause they are either chasing someone or being chased by enemy. I would say about 80% of my games, everyone is pretty close to caps from both teams. These complains and cries about blue lining teammates are getting a bit old don't you think? I think yoloing is a bigger problem now. Everyone pretty much yolos.
