T7 != T4

when play alone in T4, we never meet T6 in MM because system make sure it won't happen.

why T7 should meet T9?

T6 have 2 more upgrade slot than T4

T9 have 2 more upgrade slot than T7

 

edit : it's not complaint or rant or etc, just for education purpose

T4 is given protective MM in order to prevent new player from facing more seasoned players at T6. The assumption is that by tier 5, players can cope with +2/-2 but not before.

Is this the very same & common complaint again? Complained if you are bottom tier then no complain if you are the top tier of the match, isn't it?

 

Even I play as bottom tier many times, I don't see the issue with that as you have teammates on your flank to counter higher tier ships. This is not 1v1, OP. 

Read the MINI-MAP, hang back, never show broadside, and play as support.

because the difrence between T5 and T7 ships are massive, T5 ships are mostly WW1 designs and T7s are mostly designed and built near the end of the Washington naval treaty, which is about the same power gap between "old battleships" and dreadnoughts, or in more understandable terms, the gap between T10-8

i'm not complaint or rant in here, +2 or even +3 MM not really bothering me

just wondering why they treat T4 and T7 different

I farmed in whyoming and st.louis before the MM protection, i met no problem even i was uptiered 
T5 ships? kongo, kirov, furutaka, konig are playable in T7 battles

I bring hell in my Furutaka even before The hull buff

What are you on about?

 

Limiting tier 4 to only face up to tier 5 is reasonable since most of them really are weak compare to tier 6 ships (there are exception, Isokaze, etc.)

WG think that new players who are not good at the game unlike you will lose interest if they fight more seasoned players with better ships and equipment at tier 6 and 7. You are expected to be able to fight +2 by T5 is all.

That would not sufficiently explain the +1 MM. Any ship can be buffed to be made less weak.

her RoF already very high, her gun also is not auto loading

her range is limited to her Spotting platform (Pagoda) which is almost non existing and her guns have not enough range itself

her rudder shift already fast, more than that then you got Destroyer or she will just capsize

Again, buff it more to compensate against fusos, bayerns and NMs??

There are many way to buff a ship. Fire chance, Speed, Shell Velocity, penetration. WG can use a mix of these to improve the Kuma's performance.

WG can also lower the citadel to improve her survivability.
