for 72 years ago I ask for Kriegmarine fate after surrendering

Well, the then current commander of the Kriegmarine became the leader of occupied Germany (Western Allies, not Soviet Block) for a short time, with many ships being given to the victors as war preparations and many (I don't know the number or even rough fraction of the personal) the personal being used as a labor force in many Allied countries occupied by the Axis powers to help rebuild the countries for some years (2-4?) I recall reading an account by a former army officer (regular, not any of the special units Para, Storm, SS, etc.) having to labor in France and Belgium for 3 years before being allowed back to Germany after his unit surrender. But this could have been army units for the most part.

Nope, part of losing and not surrendering before deadline.

Happened to other Axis powers who did not surrender before deadline, not Italy though.

They surrendered before deadline, Allies went 'easy' on them after war.
