keep getting a weird script error on the launcher

this happens whenever i open the launcher, will it affect whether i download updates? and can i fix it without having to uninstall or redownload the game?

Can you try: Launcher settings > Integrity Check option

Someone in my community said it works, although I haven't tried it because I don't have that issue.

 

I'm using WG Game Center launcher.

Yeah it just went away for me but came back

 

checking integrity if it keeps happening its ok

Anytime you get an error for the game always start with an integrity check. Don't be afraid to run it every time there's an update as well just to make sure everything's working a okay.

I'm not so quick to jump to an integrity check. It's just a script error with the launcher.

It's just saying that it can't find the outerHTML of x object because x object hasn't been defined. All it really does is lose layout/style information. As you can see the relevant links are still present and working. I'm no pro but I expect they trying to run scripts before DOM loaded.
