hello,

Here are some suggestions about CV.

As we know, CV is the most important ships in this game. They can catch the ships what they want, can make a super damage in one wave air attack. Other ships just stay together with AA.

But you know, not all of players know the game mechanics,  newcomers are probably away from the team. Then they'll be fed by CVs.

Current Situation:

1.The mix CVs is Two in T4-T7 games, One in T8-T10 games

2.CV catch single unit is so easy.

3.CV can make huge damage for any ships which without AA skill.

4.The earnings of CVs is less than other ships.

5.CV players become less and less

6.Last and most important is high-level CV players can change the game. There's a noob CV player in your team and you may lose the game quickly, and it's hard to save the game by other ships.

Suggestions:

Nerf: (EDITED)

1.Dramatically reduce damage from TB and DB ( from 8000-9000 to 2000-3000 per torpedo)

2.Torpedoes from TB can't let ships leak.

3.CV can spot ships, but they should pay the price. eg: reduce aircraft HP.....

Buff:

1.Unlimited hangar

2.A large increase in light up experience for CV.

3.Unlock 3 or more CVs join the same battle in all tier games.

Core point:

Change CV to a normal ships like others.

Change aircraft, they should like Torpedoes in Destroyer,  Large caliber main guns in Battleship.

Wait for the feedback. Thanks

This seems to me like it would be a good equalizer. Every other ship gets unlimited ammo

I don't think that'd be a good idea. First off, the justification for having unlimited ammo in warships is that warships carry a SHIT TON of shells in their ammo rack. Real-life naval battles last from several hours to even several days, and naval missions usually take a long time to accomplish so they stock up on a lot of ammo and supplies for the long journey. There is just no way to exhaust all of their reserves in a mere 20-minute battle, which is why they made warships have unlimited ammo.

On the other hand, carriers have a limited number of planes in-game because 1) they don't have a shit ton of planes in the hangar (relative to shells, at least) and 2) they are compensated by the player having free control over each squad and their unlimited range. The limited number balances it out so as not to make carriers overpowered.

Ahem. Do you REALLY want to have a Hakuryu or Midway with unlimited planes? Think about it.

1. That's not just a nerf hammer, you're going to unleash MJOLNIR on CVs if that happens. Take battleships for example: some BBs have incredible torpedo protection that they can reduce dmg by as much as 40-50% That means a torpedo hit on heavily protected areas would mean it would only deal 1-2k dmg each if we implement that - that's equivalent to a SINGLE HE SHELL penetration.

2. Torpedoes are torpedoes, we can't really make exceptions. If you get hit by some, it's either because you're stupid enough to not dodge the oncoming attack run or the CV player is just damn good.

3. I have no idea how to make sense of this.

It IS a normal ship, and if we base it on your analogy Planes have long since defined the role of CVs in the high seas. Why would be called AIRCRAFT CARRIERS in the first place?!

1. Oh god, please no. Refer to first reply for the reason.

2. The only one thing I agree with; earning some good creds for recon and spotting dmg is a nice touch for improving CV economy (or the game's entire economy for that matter).

3. Do you REALLY - and I mean REALLY - want to have 3 Midway vs 3 Hakuryu in a match? Ponder on that scenario for a moment.

My thinking was that a CV player can keep going so long as they are alive. You can make other changes to balance things out. Limit their squadron potential so they take smaller chunks.
