AP Shell Damage: 

 

 

Citadel Penetrated: 4,100

Penetrated: 1365

Over-Penetrated: 410

Ricocheted: 0 → 137 or 41

Not Penetrated: 0 → 137 or 41

That is similar to how it used to be back in the Alpha/Beta days. It has been dropped by the devs in favour of the current damage mechanics.

Maybe 10% is too much.
But 0% is unreasonable.
