purchased doubloons not appearing ingame

I purchased the 6500 doubloon pack for US$27. My credit card provider immediately sent me an email stating the transaction was complete. However I have neither received an email from wargaming confirming the purchase nor have i recieved the doubloons ingame.

Please resolve this speedily since my last ticket (dragon flags) took over a month and a half to be resolved.

If you failed to get a receipt from wargaming.net (check your junk folders), it means the payment did not go through successfully or was reversed/halted by your bank. Call up your bank immediately to verify that the transaction went through and was not reversed.

I checked my junk folder, no email from wargaming there. 

 

I've called my bank, they confirmed the transaction went through and was not reversed. Here's a screenshot of the email sent to me by Discovery confirming the payment.

 

Could you ask a game mod to take a look at my ticket about the issue ?

Hi, have you had a chance to knock the admins yet ? I'd like to take advantage of the 200% win bonus event to maximize free XP for Missouri on Premium.

 

This glitch hurts my plans majorly :(.
