Update 0.5.16 Flag position

Because the position of the flag of Akizuki was changed with this update

The traveling direction of the ship became easy to understand

If wows aim for e-sports it is unfair if you do not put it in the same flag position as

any other country

The person in charge who causes such a problem should change

(seriously?)

A ship's travelling speed and her direction can easily determined by observing the dark smoke generated above her or reading the minimap. And that where the flag is placed has no relevance to a ship's competitiveness.

pretty sure looking at a big dark long trail of smokes that literally every ship has is easier than looking at a flag, or am i doing it wrong?

Akizuki is not the worst case, though. Hatsuharu has been intentionally gimped to provide a competitive disadvantage.

Shells should be able to pass straight through those holes for zero damage, but no! It's solid and causes a damaging collision! How can we tolerate such obvious discrimination against our Japanese warships?

Clearly time to form "IJN Lives Matter" to fight the veritable holocaust being wrought against the players of Japanese pixellated ships! UN Security Council here we come!
