Adobe Premier or Sony Vegas, I guess? Worst comes to worst, you could always just use Movie Maker...

I'd recommend Sony Vegas for gameplay/memes tier of editing especially if you want to make your videos funny.

Premier is a good alternative for Vegas but if I can remember, its kinda more complex than Vegas (the last time I touched Premier was 2 years ago so idk). But Premier can also work

If you're kinda lazy to use Vegas or Premier, go for Powerdirector.

If you're totally lazy at all and just want to go for simple transitions, you can use Movie Maker (either the Win7 version or WinXP one)

I use power director for it's ease of use. Adobe is great, but you need a masters degree to get the full benefit from it.

iMovie is my personal favorites when it comes to simple video editing, but since OP uses windows I'd recommend Sony Vegas for (i assume) replay editing. I only use Premiere or Davinci Resolve  (or Final Cut if I am on OSX) when I need to edit an actual film clip (color grading, audio track syncing etc.) since those offer a whole suite of features that I doubt one will use too often in replay edits.
