New changes to Mogami/New Orleans in 0.5.13?

Judging from the third reward  conditions for the Public Test, it seems there's something to test in the Mogami and New Orleans. Anyone has any idea what?

I don't think so. Last PT they specifically encouraged T8 - 10 BB, CA, and Russian DD play with such missions, to test out the new BB armor scheme, the new CA rudder shift upgrade, and of course the nerf to the Udaloi and Khabarovsk
