Wows haven't enter into close beta test yet (still in closed alpha?) 

But there will be weekend tests going on for a few times.

for the next weekend test registration opens around 20th Jan If not mistaken, pay attention on the news from http://worldofwarships.asia/ for information

If the last beta test weekend was anything to go by then CBT is likely to be some time away yet.

 

Last thing you want to do is rush a game into Beta before the Alpha testers are finished breaking it and letting the devs re-build it

 

Beta's are generally a finished product being fine tuned for release, not certain that the devs consider WoWS to be there yet
