Shell rendering problem

Hi,

First of all, I've just install my 0.5.5 update today. Everything are great: the weather, faster loading time and the average FPS is better too,... except the new shell animation. :unsure:

The shells are so small and blend quite well with the surrounding environment. As a result I can't clearly where my shells land clearly, especially in knife fight range (don't have screenshots). My eyes are quite bad actually so this is a huge problem.

Is there anyway to fix this or revert back to the old animation? :amazed:

It's not that bad... It's wierd on the closer ranges but I guess we're gonna have to get used to it, and the new Dynamic Sights... Though I do miss the old "Tracey" look of the shots... You said your eyes are bad, are you currently in the possesion of corrective eye wear??

I happen to agree

Outgoing shells are much smaller and I have to watch their track for longer to assess the impact point.

But as you say Kreigg, I'll have to get used to it :unsure:
