Hey guys, I need your help. For the past few months, I've been trying to fix this long loading problem. I'm not too sure what's causing it. I will end up joining the game late as I have to wait for about 1 - 2 minute before entering the game and some of the ships are already at a further location than me and sometimes my ships get damage easily. I'm not too sure if it's my internet or my laptop.

I've uploaded my spec.

I'm on AMD Radeon Graphics R5 M330

Try lowering all your settings and play on windowed mode, see if that shortens the load time.

Search the forums.  There's a few threads about the slow loading times and I think the recommendation from WG is that wows should be run from a SSD to quicker load times.  I also might be completely wrong

I think it would be worse if you use external HDD for playing.

How about add another internal HDD and install game on that one?

Maybe Ext. HDD is better choice now :fishpalm:.

defrag your HDD.

following instruction in this FAQ. Notebook has two graphic cards

reset game setting by delete "preferences.xml" in game folder.

see log in Event Viewer. Some application or system components may not working properly.

Close unnecessary background programs.

If you have antivirus program, find something like game profile or game mode.

for sound quality setting ,set it to "low"
