2 weeks waiting for tickets about the game crashes making the game unplayable is a complete disgrace.

 

hell, the 2 weeks waiting for the less important tickets is pathetic enough. then a dismissive note and closing the topic with no resolution, reopening and waiting weeks again or a reply.......

it tells me that the dxdiag report is too big to be published. and since i upgraded to windows 10 i can't even find my specs. maybe that's part of the problem? a few other programs i have crack it at windows 10

been running windows 10 for some time now with no problems.

 

Right mouse click the Start Icon and press on system- that will bring up your system specs.

ahhhhhh i'm a dumbass. twin graphics cards and i only updated one. somewhere to start at least. doesn't excuse the ignored tickets though.

ugh. scratch anything i said about the updates helping. now it crashes, then crashes 4 more times trying to reload the game.

that was the 1st thing i tried. i was running it from my external drive and thought maybe there was some king of failure there, it does that with some things. so i uninstalled and started again on the pc itself, same issue from the word go.

 

yeah it does give me error reports, physical access memory. i'd post them here but i can't figure out how to attach.

 

also thanks for taking the time to help guys.
