Ping frequently over 100ms when playing and "lag" show up, especially during night time, along with constantly loss of internet packet. Already contacted my ISP (Taiwan's largest ISP servicer), they said their route is ok, the problem is WG's route back from sg to tw. Please take this promblem seriously WG, since WOWS is an online game and this poor connection envirnment has significantly influence my gaming experience.

Use Pingplotter to check which hop that's lagging you. It monitors realtime and shows you where the lag came from.

I mostly used this when my ISP suddenly changed route before it reached the game server.

Thanks for your advise Mingfang47.

After using Pingplotter i found packet loss and high latency on these three ip address (see attached file): (Singtel-ix) (Wgi Wargaming Interactive GmbH) (At-wgi Wargaming Interactive GmbH)

Apparently it is WG's server problem. Also I believe lots of players in Taiwan has the same problem here. (they reported in traditional Chinese forum and no single official responses until now)

I require WG's prompt response and solution to this problem since it has already significantly impacted my gaming experience in WOWS. (I'm currently subscribing premium account which expires in about 20 days and I WOULD NOT spend a penny thereafter if WG doesn't intend to solve this problem)

Thank you!
