End of battle damage type being misreported since last patch.

I've noticed three times in matches yesterday that the game was reporting both AP and HE damage hits even though I never changed from HE the entire match. The first time it happened I thought I must have accidentally hit the "2" key towards the end of the match but after it happened at least twice more that I noticed and I know I never changed shell type.

 

Has anyone else encountered this?
