Is it true that WG has an official partnership with Girls Und Panzer (For WoT) and Arpeggio of Blue Steel (For WoWs) or just a fan-thingy? What are the projects between WG and these two anime companies (Mods, blah blach, etc.)? Any other anime companies that WG has a partnership with?

None at this moment, however during the space battle event in WoWs' alpha we had the Space Battleship Yamato available.

The only fan collaboration should be a Kantai Collection x World of Warships bit since I think someone said that the KanColle publishers back out from VK's handshake for it to become official.

Speaking of which, Arpeggio has yet to stride big for their collab like the World of Tanks meets Girls und Panzer collab.

Greetings,

Collabs with Girls und Panzer and Arpeggio Blue Steel are both official.

This makes me especially happy, especially the Girls und Panzer one.

World of Tanks has a few collabs with some of the KanColle illustrators (one that immediately comes to mind is shibafu, who originally drew the in-game sprites for Fubuki, Akagi and Kaga) for some of their promotional art (e.g. Tiger I drawings), but other than that, an actual, full-on collab with KanColle is extremely unlikely, given Kadokawa Corporation's business practices.

I'm still waiting for the Aoki Hagane Kongo mods shown in TGS :|

Kadokawa Games said, "We'll think about it. Make your sheep game's popularity surpasses Kantai Collection then we'll talk."

Kadokawa Games is a bit too Yandere with their IP.

Although the World of Warships Netcode is tons better than what Poicollection has. Also, WoWS: No curse of the Flash Player!

I don't think its Kadokawa, iirc they wanted to export KanColle to the west, but DMM refused.

Yeah, DMM's the one with all the region locking and whatnot, not KDKW.
