    Tier change for Iulius Ceasar, 5 -> 6. No buff, just to see how this works out. Put Belfast to T8 to see how that pans out LOL (great suggestion Dev Blog commenters). Buffs to the Terrible Destroyer. Buffs to Russian BBs (surprise surprise...). IIRC reducing air drag coef WILL make the shells retain more of their velocity, which contributes positively to their penetration power. I can be wrong of course.

    So the 8 - 10 have Radar in the same slot as Catapult Fighter. Reload times are sub-standard for tier and spicy 1.70 sigma... Balancing factors? (They will probably buff them later on) Radar that can only detect BBs and CVs. Kinda useless if you ask me.     Both the EU & NA sites have "Event Calendar" and "Monthly Events Preview" sections repectively. Couldn't a similar facility be put on our Asia site ? Handy to know in advance which vessels to prepare in time for for up coming missions and challenges.
