Have anyway to change graphic API from dx11 to dx9?

When i was uprade to ver 8.3.1, the graphic API in setting lock to dx11 and i cant change back to dx9 anymore. It lead to huge amount of fps drop( From 60 to 20). I know the enhance graphic is necessary but i still use ancien laptop and cant replace it for now. I had already change information in "preferences" file to force the game run in dx9 but not worked. Have anyone know to resolve it plz let me know, thank you! -
There seems an Issue with WoW and Latest NVIDIA Driver, causing low FPS even on very low setting. All NVIDIA driver past the ver 358.91 (the driver cause no issue in WoW) onwards. cause the same problem. The latest driver I tried were ver 368.39 (the newest on NVIDIA website) have the same problem. there is a case when NVIDIA Driver(ver 364.519) is causing issue on all games, but I dont think its on NVIDIA side alone Since the only games that seems to be affected the newer Driver is just WoW. there might a compability Issue, that might worth checked

All of a sudden after battle and exited to port, a strange creature rose up and stood right in the middle of the port as show here!!! I just wonder if this a a kind of graphic bud or intended special effect for coming April Fool!?!?

Hello everyone, firstly I'm sorry if the regarding issue had been posted somewhere previously. However I've done some research and didn't seem to find any solution regarding the problem i have. Anyways, heres the detail of the bug: I couldn't set the "Texture Quality" settings in the graphic/video settings to "High". Every time i adjust the option to "High" and then click apply, the screen flickers for a split second just like every time there's graphical settings change were made (I believe that is normal for every user here). However after the screen goes back to normal and the graphic settings interface closed down as if the changes had been successfully applied, I find out that the "Texture Quality" settings reverts back to "Low". No matter how many times I tried to change the settings to "High" it always revert back to "Low". So heres my graphical settings cycle of doom: 1. Opens graphic settings interface 2. Set Texture Quality to High 3. Clicks apply 4. Screen flickers 5. Reopens graphic settings 6. Texture Quality resets to Low 7. Repeats process until Orlan becomes a Spaceship with railguns and inter-galactic travelling capability *Been asking other players from ingame chat and apparently no one had the same issue like me.
