  1. there is 2 main problem in this CV rework : 1. eternal CV spotting 2. AA mechanic was crap without further bullshit, this is my suggestion : 1. CV need to press F3 (or anykey) to spot enemies with 10 sec cooldown! - aircraft pilot need to report enemy ship spotted, 10 sec is the time for pilot to report a single ship exact position - this CV spotting have duration, DD have 7 sec, CA/CL have 20 sec, and BB/CV 40 sec - CV need to re-spot enemy when duration of spotting expired - when DD get spotted by any aircraft, DD get bonus 50% shell dispersion if enemy fire at DD implication : - DD wont get perma spotted, also it sacrifice a lot of CV spotting because spotting multiple enemy BB and CA is simply more worth it.... - if CV is busy doing attack, it wont bother to constantly report enemy location... thus add element of skill - add element of realistic warfare for CV pilot 2. how AA ship should work.... >> the main idea is, skill should determine how CV vs surface sheep win againts each other..... the AA sector need to be tweaked, and here is my suggestion : this system same like AA sector BUT player need to manually aiming it like torpedo aiming. now it smell like AA just become manual AA. and if manual AA not turn off, it will work like there is no AA sector. also for gimmick of each nation, here is suggestion : 1. IJN have low traverse speed and bad AA => medium AA damage + slowest manual AA traverse speed 2. USN have massive AA and medium traverse speed => HIGH AA +medium manual AA traverse speed 3. French have variety AA depend on ship and FASTEST traverse speed => variety AA + Fastest traverse speed 4. GERMAN BOI => Variety AA + medium traverse speed 5. british => HIGHest AA + but slower traverse than USN nearly IJN level 6. Russian Bias => Variety AA + variety traverse speed also each class have its own characteristic : DD => traverse speed is fastest CL/CA => traverse speed is vary but always faster than BB BB => slowest traverse speed CV => always fast traverse speed but slower than DD #the AA damage and traverse speed is subject to change so i wont give a damn about it. just suggestion and picture how it should work. #a pro player can shotdown enemy plane despite having the worst AA, the better ship AA just make shooting plane easier..... kay, NOW GIVE ME BACK MY HAKURYU WG!!!!!! its still misssing!!!! and please BUFF CV damage at T4~T8 and undo the T10 nerf -_- _______________________
  2. Does these little boats matter, if they does how much really!! So first of all lets point out obvious questions. 1. Can a DD cap/ contest objective? >> NO, means death from avobe, death with radar and nukes everywhere. 2.Can a DD deal damage to big groups as they are many ships staying in group to deal with CV? >> Yes but less than usual, cause there is always someone with hydro running in large group. 3. Can DDs get any assistance as they are the most underpowered platform for AA? >> NO, Cruisers save those for themselves as they can't wipe squards as they did before, besides DFAA will run out but planes are not. 4. Can DDs get some spotting damage although it got nerfed due to CV's capability to spot ships is no time? >> LOL, With CVs around(god forbid why there is 2 CV per team) DD's won't get any spotting damage rather than getting killed by CV's quicker for being vangard. CV rework was much needed and they did a great job from moving out of RTS system. But I can't help it about feeling a passive nerf to DDs. DD's are most vulnerable ship type and very easy kill by CVs as they don't have the AA power to fend off CV.CV's don't even care about droping a des moine anymore why would they be scared of little DD! There are issues and WG will have to fix it as they promised in future updates or at least we hope so.
  3. After CV rework, CV is weaker than it should be.They may much weaker than they are reworked before. The extreme improve of AA increase the rate of shooting down the aircraft of some strong AA ship like Worcester of USA, Minotaur of UK, they give a good protect to other teammates away from the attack of CV.These ships can do something like this very easily.Even the income of CV- Musashi of JP also can protect herself under CV's attack after CV rework.And this is not the only problem on CV rework. So, players discover styles to play after CV rewoked.Such as long range torpedo attack using Hakuryu of JP, return aircraft immediately after the first attack group’s run inorder to avoid heavy AA from many ships. However, WG see these playing styles as 'bug 'and in update they 'fixed' these 'bug'. Longer time for aircraft reach the height in order to become invulnerable to AA Changing several features of the Japanese torpedo bombers Although WG made a change on AA,they change the efficiency of different type of AA guns,it doesn't help aircraft attack under AA fire.The damage of AA explosions decrease but it won't be a great decrese and the constant damage of AA guns are buffed.It doesn't look like a nerf.It may be only a balance or even it is a buff. These changes and extremely high efficiency AA maybe a choice for WG to 'balancing' the game but this affect the possibility of CV on attacking ship and the usage of CV.For the situation now, it seems that CV are not totally reworked.WG may need to have more improvement or changes on CV and AA
  4. I know I am going to be downvoted for this but I am gonna do this. I mean players playing DD should stop crying about the change towards the CV saying they are being perma spotted. Learn to disable your AA with the "P" key and stay undetected during the match. Learn to not rush into cap during match start and kill yourself blaming it is the CV rework killing all the fun. Learn to go into cap when CVs planes are on the other side of the map. And learn to switch your AA sector when necessary. The thing is I feel like players nowadays are crying so much about having a disadvantage whenever possible. To me, CV spotting is actually a lot better because CVs now can only send out one squad a time instead of multiple squads, which they can use to scout several spots and caps of a map. DDs on high tier are just not used to having CVs in their game because they were so rare back then. And now when people are playing CVs in high tier they start to cry whenever they see CVs in their pre-match lineup. They are already talking about to nerf radar so that only radar ship can detect you for the first moment. How about we just remove detectability from DDs once and for all......... For god's sake, stop crying and learn to adapt to the new meta.And yes, pls play CV yourself to learn how they are gonna spot and kill you so you can adapt.... Oh and Yes, CV planes can no longer spot torps too...... Cheers

  6. Well, before i am Going Hiatus again ..... ITS look like the CV rework is fail yet fill the rework objective "remove the skill difference" between noob and pro CV player. Also ITS succesfully attract non CV player to play CV. I wont talk about the fail of CV rework but the difference between noob and pro and ITS unexpected effect. 1. Noob can finally shit on other surface pheasant without worry getting intercept and got strafed by pro CV player 2. Basically if both CV player and surface pheasant complain about their ship being shit at the same time.... CV player : AA tooo Much.... Buff CV Des meme : my AA need buff This only mean one thing, ITS balanced yet people don't like to feel weaker. ITS like nerfing both..... 3. A lot of people finally play CV.... No more rigging CV match!!! 4. What is the effect of CV division with AA slave? Are they still a thing? Now there is 3 CV on one match.... Unless WG went mad by allow 3 CV division..... 5. Finally DD is FREE from their slavery..... No more cap-slave for cap-italism.... DD is not obligate to cap.... Everyone finally understand how harsh is the life of kenshiro. 6. People is finally doing teamwork to fend off CV.... Of course people hate doing team work.... That is why there is a lot of complain.... 7. All spotted is only mean one thing...... Not only ITS increase the dinamic of battle but also make the player become more religious... # don't need to need hakuryu but buff midway dive bomber, double ITS hp and accuracy..... Why people get mad at hakuryu dealing 550k damage yet remain silent if conkek deal 400k damage due to he spam? The biggest problem is not hakuryu.... But too much BB player..... ITS normal for eagle to hunt overpopulated rat right? Tell me can hakuryu deal 550k damage if the rest of player is just DD and CL? # rocket and midway He bomb is problem..... Rocket need to be removed ..... It kill DD and undodgeable He bomb from midway is insane to one shot DD Remove rocket, all DB should be AP bomb except for German science. # don't buff AA, don't buff AA..... Just make torpedo more slower.,.. make torpedo slower... So it Will be easier to Dodge for Cruiser and DD. BB Should be punished for camping _______________ WG should give compensation for making us rat lab for CV rework... 1 month des meme, memetaur, kebab, midway and hakuryu for rental.... Problem solved Also allow 12 vs 12 CV permatch until next month

    A World Without CV

    Ok now we have this thing called "CV Rework" coming on our game. And we already saw a lots of complaints about how this thing work, because the "REWORK" not only change how the CV played but also change the other warship type playstyle too. I was a main DD player before this thing called "REWORK" come and it lots of fun to play stealth on capping and engaging on enemies, But now what's concealment again? even my 5.4 km detection range Asashio can't doing her job as stealthiest DD in the game. Capping? what is capping? i can't even get near the waypoint to cap, 1 minute game started and we already spotted. The most strategy play in this game are depends on concealment thing, hiding is not safe anymore, even smokescreen can't defend you againts attack instead of cutting the detected state from enemies. Now we knew that some people already accept this thing called "REWORK" and enjoy the play of CV. In other side there is a lot of people who suffer their life from this thing called "REWORK" just to play their non-CV ship. Then how if we get a new Battle mode called "A WORLD WITHOUT CV" or something where in the game only consist of DD, CL, and BB required to play. and they still keep the Random Mode for everyone who wanna play a battle with CV included. For now some people just stayed at Ranked battle for a while to enjoying their pay without a CV in the game, but it's not gonna be long till this ranked battle end. I already missed that time when I played DD on stealth mode and surprised the BB on their face also shooting all incoming aircrafts of a CV and tell them "RIP Planes" I loves the game, but i hate the system... sorry

  10. The new game-play is good and I really enjoy it. BUT, there are some changes that must happen to better balance them out; a) There needs to be a cap of 1 CV per side, per game. Any more than that is just too overwhelming for both teams, especially DDs who are suffering the most from this rework. You have to put concerns about matchmaker aside in this case for the sake of player comfort. b) There needs to be a cooldown on Torpedo bombers, to prevent the constant torpedo spam as has been showcased in some recent YouTube videos by some CCs. 1.5 - 2mins should be sufficient, that way it forces the CV driver to take out other aircraft types to support the team as opposed to just farm damage for themselves with torpedoes. All other classes of ships have a torpedo cooldown, CVs should too. c) CVs need preferential MM for their tiers. A T8 CV trying to compete against T10 AA is just ridiculous. It's next to impossible to deal any damage, especially in the Kaga or the Enterprise which have weaker planes than the standard T8s. Restrict low and mid tier CVs to mid tier in the match maker at the most, not bottom tier.

    Well done WoWS team, you just achieved exactly what WoT did to "Artillery rework". The whole game is now unenjoyable with this "CV Rework", haven't you learn anything like at all ? You have like the whole community as a reference to prevent this from happening but no you just not get it don't you, you just have to push this through because you spend your time and resources on it. SEA server potentially be the "worst" server, for what reason, why don't you try to find that out by simply visiting the place and see the meta as a reference to make the game better and more enjoyable ??? So many misturn starts with Belfast, British Battleships, British Destroyers and all other type of unbalanced/premium ships introduced but we all can accept this to certain level since it doesn't really effecting much players. Bugs that exists since beta still around the players can still accept it since again it doesn't effect much players, GUI is an annoyance of waiting and stuttering but we love the game so whatever. But this .......This is too much You have 4 classes of ships 3 of which are surface units having a role of a footsoldier. The last one have a role comparable to a "Commander" role in some FPS games, no doubt about it this is hard to balance it out since it plays completely different. Since you want that role to be somewhat accessible to all kind of players by toning it down to be somewhat closer to surface units gameplay..... Now look at your magic. All 3 surface units are now basically a punching bag for the game, AA ships can't even fend off for itself every single one of them either have to hide in fear or flocked up like a sheeps waiting to be picked off. I don't know what you're trying to achieve other than alienating those 3 classes of ships out because your magic did exactly that, Making the "Commander" role play like a Footsoldier. If the players get to choose between the two role with no limitation everyone will no doubt pick the one that will grant them more power than the other role. The change that changes nothing. You say this change will make the class less dominant, which make sense, considering you're tuning the role of a "commander" to be more of a footsoldier. Fixing the problem of fishermen altogether. Do you failed to realise when a group of players want to rip your game aparts they absolutely will !? You're suppose to reward these players for going through your work to an extreme and accept that not all the players are going to do that but no you just have to attempt to bring them down to the same level as other. For how long do you think these players will stay the same level as the other, think about it, these group of players loved your game so much they will rip the game apart to be up there at the top. Sooner or later they will be back achieving what they always do so what's the point of this so called "change" other than alienating more players and potentially enraging these hardcore fans ? Also if I have to be more direct on this subject this is exactly what the game is like 2 years ago before all the AA buff and CV Changes. You just need to learn to let go of these wasted resources/time otherwise its the players letting go.

Just woundering what our friends are thinking about upcoming meta. 1>A ship that has good well very good AA(def AA preferable). 2>Armour to tank any shells with face first. 3>Good shells(very good dispersion) to do damage to any ships. 4>Ship with radar who don't need anyone else to spot for them.   13. A questionable skill on CV planes to have RPF. A DD could leave a zone and pop up on another location and still be good with hiding without smoking up, and the CV had to check around for a while to spot the DD again from where it was last spotted. But with RPF in CV planes he will no longer needs to scout around the last seen area for a while to spot that poor DD. which mean CV can drop its payload fast and rearm quicker. On the other hand DDs defence is Smoke and def AA(for those who have), Smoke consumable needs some time to be available. Some has very long cooldown. some have quick cooldown but Smoke is not gonna save you if the CV decides to drop a smoked up DD. For those DDs who have def AA they can shot down some, but after taking some rocket/ HE bomb from CV or hell fire from light cruisers the crippled AA will not be much to defend against planes. Upcoming CV rework gives CV the infinate planes which is another issue for all Ships in general as consumables are gonna run out but planes are not. RPF on planes means planes no longer needs to scout around to find DDs. BB's have respectable AA and with spotter planes BB's will be some challenging for CVs to drop. CA and CLs have def AA and those who don't have that have spotters/ good AA mounts to deal with CVs. Guess what a CV will go for in early battle....... ship with lowest/ smallest AA. And we all know DDs are most vulnerable against CV planes, even with Def AA which will run out at some point.
  14. Commander Skills are changing! Emergency takeoff is now permanent for CVs, rejoice! Catapult Fighter will be affected on all ships (Unlimited use). DCAA Unnerfs -20% Airspeed, and only the Catapult Fighters will be applied to this Spotting Aircraft is being changed into seaplane bombers, Bye-Bye 20% range buff and hello seaplane bombing. New Commander skill details: CV Compensation and Details!: (IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT SELL YOUR Kaga,GZ or Saipan!, Kaga will have the same planes on the Shoukaku with bonus additives while GZ will have Uptiered buff HP planes and Saipan will have a choice for Torpedo bombers and attackers!)

I saw many players who got mixed feelings on the rework for some reason(its always the NA server, obvious that they don't like the CV and i'm really sick of their saltiness.) there why they like the RTS Platform much more than than the new one, some looks happy, some of them were mixed feelings for it, i guess they don't like unlimited hangar capacity and other functions. I wonder what will happen if you compensate your CVs into Free XP and Credits? Does it resets the whole CV line you've researched or it will saves your progress on your current tier? i feel worried because once you compensate it for free XP you will have to hardly grind back again to Tier IV and proceed to further tiers.

  17. Dear developers, By this topic I would like to address findings of the new reworked CV version. To make it easier to understand, I might bring some comparison with previous conventional system. The purpose is to bring insight of what is going on and bringing you more creative ideas. 1. Devastating power is too high. This talks about DPM (damage per minute). The new reworked CV has DPM more than two times as much compared to the conventional system. Please allow me to explain the steps on how the damage are performed and compare it with the conventional system. New reworked system: -Squadron take off (instant - no take off time). -Fly to target. -Drop bomb/torp/rocket -Squadron fly back to ship (press F) -The view is back to the ship, press a squadron number, take off (instant) -Repeat process. Highlight: The new squadron had already off the ship to deliver another damage to target while the previous squadron had just drop the torpedoes and flying back (the player even no need to wait and see if the torpedo hits). It means: half of the time required between each strike. Conventional system: -Squadron getting ready (required time is various depends on squadron type, upgrade, and captain perks). -Squadron take off (require 10 - 12 secs before the whole squadron airborne). -Fly to target -Drop bomb/torp -Squadron fly back to the ship -Squadron landing (10 - 12 secs) -Squadron re-arming (10-40 secs depend on squadron size and type) --Squadron take off again (require 10 - 12 secs before the whole squadron airborne). -repeat process. Highlights: Every process in the conventional system takes time, and every process must be done completely before proceed to next step. The DPM is also much lower due to high plane to plane interaction (opponent fighter can intercept at anytime they have chance). A Captain must observe a situation very well before decide an approach to deliver a strike. Recommendation: Please implement some restriction to balance the power. Such like: -All torp planes must be back to the ship before the next torp squadron launch. -Take off takes time to get the whole squadron on air, like in the conventional system. 2. Fire and flood chances are too high. Torp dropped, target flooded (seen from the damage counter), opponent use the damage control party, fly around to wait for the duration expires, drop torp for a second time. Good bye and fair seas. The same way for bomb. When I use Yamato, no shell ever kill me besides fire and flood. No ship ever killed by shells unless they are bots, detonated, or abundantly citadeled in a salvo. Recommendation: Significantly reduce the fire chance of bombs and flood chance of torpedoes. The other way is to increase immune period for fire/flood after an aerial strike. Just for by air strike, not other regular ships. 3. Helpless CV/Instant sniping. At first, it may looks balanced when players start to adapt and learning on how the things work. After an experienced player mastered the art of torpedo salvo................. At battle start, we CV player knows exactly where is opponent CV location by just reflecting our CV position on our square to the location of the opponent CV on the mirroring square at the opposite edge. Fly directly to the helpless target CV. Nothing is special. The squadron may slightly maneuvering and change courses to avoid AA ships. Once the target reached, drop torpedo is as easy as hitting straight sailing ships at training room. Fly around to wait for opponent damage control party expired (if opponent decide to press F, back to the ship view, and use the item). A CV in the new reworked system must be accompanied by at least 1 cruiser with good AA at all time, otherwise she will be the first ship sinks. Recommendation: Enable the whole squadrons to take off, although only 1 squadron can be played like in the current system. Please enable take off/landing time. The other squadrons work as plane to plane interaction which perform dog fight automatically when approached. They only fly around the CV like all spotting aircrafts do, despite it is a fighter squadron, torp squadron, or bombers. (Torp and bomb squadrons according to the history also have guns and rear gunner. They also able to perform dog fight although not as excel as fighters). When a squadron is ordered to back for re-arm, it is only empty planes that going to land, the rest should be flying around the CV. The same thing when a fully armed squadron ordered to fly home. They will just fly around the CV instead of landing. By this way, AA cruisers will have their wind when approaching a CV to shot down all squadrons flying around it. When a ship attacks a CV, the whole flying squadrons will approach to storm the ship automatically. This is my review so far. Critics and suggestions are always welcome.

JUST HEAR ME THIS TIME :V first, i will state the obvious impact of current CV rework : 1. Surface Pheasant will become pinata for CV with unlimited plane and unstopable bombing 2. CV snipe will become more common, THIS IS NOT SOLVING the "noob CV vs Pro CV"... just making it more worse..... 3. Surface Pheasant will BECOME IRRELEVANT AND OBVIOUSLY EVERYONE WILL PLAY CV TO WIN 4. Easily ABUSED BY BOTS, no brain involved... unlimited plane da heeeelll.... EZ dodge AA flak 5. Less profit from selling premium Surface Pheasant..... because wallet warrior is always want a stronk sheep 6. short hype, people will be bored after a few match..... but i dont think we must abandoning the CV rework Idea... this new interface seems appealing for a lot of people WHAT WE NEED IS TWEAK SOME STUFF! ok, here is some sugestion A. NEW MODE, CARRIER BATTLE - everytime CV is involved, ITS AUTOMATICALLY TURN INTO CV BATTLE - OBJECTIVE : DESTROY ALL ENEMY CV >> its obvious - TIME LIMIT : 30 min - THERE IS ANOTHER "special" 2 BOTS CV FOR EACH TEAM, preventing silly botter or noobs or DC for screwing and losing fast. - maximum real CV player is 4 in each team, a lot of people will try this mode lol.... - SPECIAL 2 bots CV WONT LAUNCH PLANE, unless commanded by surface sheep - WIN is based how many CV is sunk, or if number same, its based on remaining CV HP - surface pheasant sunk is NOT COUNT - the number of CV and its tier is balanced on each team - give AADF FOR ALL TIER CV! B. a benefit for surface pheasant - any ship selected consummable automatically turn into AADF in this mode, so NO WASTE HYDRO or AADF for sheeps - number of AADF is buffed by 4~5 - SURFACE SHIP have special plane consummable (please look at BBCV ISE in WoWs Blitz for reference) *surface sheeps now can COMMAND 2 Bots CV to launch plane, so there is 2 slot... its represent each bot CV....launched based on CV1 or CV2 * Cooldown is 3 min, it mean it can only launch plane 10 times for each CV..... * its QUEUE based on the first who command the bot CV... *based on it type : >> Cruiser can launch 1 squad bomber, 3 plane for each squad, the bomber type can be chosen "in battle"..... just like changing torpedo mode >> BB 2 plane of spotter squadron with 3 only min duration, except for German BB and French BB can launch fighter (3 plane), because their YOLO nature.... BB mean to deal damage with their own massive firepower..... >> DD can launch 1 squadron of fighter (3 plane) or bomber, pick in battle like changing torpedo type * this is benefit for surface pheasant to defend their CV ESPECIALLY the 2 BOT CV! because the moment 1 or 2 bot CV destroyed, they lose access for launch plane.... * this is intended TO KEEP RTS style and make the surface sheep keep relevan in CV battle. Cruiser can become AA slave without sacrifice a lot of damage, BB can shit on other sheep because the spotter plane, and DD is become the real Daddy because it can launch fighter or bomber. smoking team now give it benefit * surface pheasant sunk in not count for winning to make em last longer and avoid becoming obvious pinata for CV player if this sheet is implemented, i can IMAGINE a INTENSE AIR BATTLE and surface pheasant is WILLINGLY to become AA slave

Detail Information Battle: Random Battle Outcome: Victory Survive battle: Yes Additional Info: I spent so many torpedo bombers to find out how many is the ship stock and to learn on how to drop torpedo effectively.
  20. My English is not so good, pardon me.I have a good idea about the CV rework balance problem. Hope you like it. As you know, the new CV can manually control the plane. That’s very interesting! But it makes the AA seems weak. Like the player “iChaseGaming” said use the CV just like a PVE game. I have an idea to change the AA system to achieve the balance. My point: AA is also manual, but not like the main gun. In WWⅡ, AA artillery makes a kill zone like a box to defend the incoming planes. So, we can let the player to select a section to defend. It’s more like the torpedo system in the game. You can also change the spread of AA like torpedo, wide spread can cover a large section but the damage is low, narrow spread can shoot down planes quickly but just at one point. If the ship wants to change the AA defense section, it costs time. The result: CV player must watch out the target focus on where, and maybe need to use “S” maneuver to avoid the focus fire, not an easy game. Surface ship player can also have a chance to shoot down planes even the ship’s AA fire not so powerful. For example, Minotaur use wide spread can easily protect one side; Yamato use narrow spread maybe can avoid a torpedo bomber strike. All depend on the players’ skill. About the Consumable--Defensive AA Fire, can just have one effectiveness, increase the range or increase the damage. Maybe different country can have different effectiveness. Thank you for your time.   21. I have three suggestions for CV play that I want to know if you guys would be ok with. 1. All new CV players must play their CV in CO-OP just like new players with the other ships. This is because CV play is very different from the other ship classes. This will let them learn how to CV without being slaughtered by experienced players and able to learn how to CV at the same time. For their play enjoyment and others play enjoyment. 2. When you reach T3 either by teach tree or by Buying a ship from the shop that is higher than T3, you must complete a short tutorial on how to dodge CV drops. Help people cope with cv play as it's different from other ship classes. 3. When entering CV T6, players can get a tutorial for alt drops so people stop having potato cv players who have no clue about that and don't watch Flamu or someone similar. That's it.

    Some more CV Suggestions

    Hello Y'all, With the recent CV issue on WG side, it got me thinking about what a lot of the Youtubers complained about. Not about the main issue, that's the CV side of things, but about for most of them, a related issue. CVs are broken. When is the fix coming? WG, why don't your devs play CVs? (Russian Server) Anyways, I'm a BB/Cruiser Main for the most part. Can't wait for British BBs and Italian Cruisers coming. So, I know fixing CVs would raise their population and hurt my own ability in the game, but it's fun (for me at least) to dodge the planes and their strikes. Anyways, these are in general ways to fix CVs that I think would be a way for WG to follow as some of them, I haven't read anywhere before. 1) All loadouts need at least 1 fighter to at least give the player a chance against the other CV. Just the option alone would go a long way to fixing things balance wise. 2) Give the Tier 5 and 6 American CV one more squadron in the air. Take them from 3 to 4 to help their managing skills and prevent fighter loudouts from just wiping the floor with them, give the fighters more than 1 target to chase that can hurt friendly ships or their own fighters. 3) In regards to DBs, WG wants to encourage players to use them to help balance and reduce air torp spam. Ok, that's fine. Even more, a focus on Americans as DB heavy is even historically accurate. Ok, now the problems are a) RNG so no consistent damage due to not hitting the target b) no consistent damage when hitting the target. So let's make HE DB super accurate, like DD guns at close range, but the trade off is low damage, with ok fire chance. With AP DB, have super high damage, but with closer to BB dispersion, so the current manual/auto drop circles stay the same or close. This fixes both main problems with DB and helps add balancing to the game. 4) TB - Their fine, don't screw with them. That's all.
