My game sometimes crashed when it is loading a match. It shows like that:"a critical error has been occurrred". It is annoying,how could i do to avoid it?

Well, after update 0.9.2, when I click the WoW icon (on the screen), i received a brief window login and then the game crashed, giving me this message. Apparently I'm missing some sort of /profile/python.log but I dont know for sure. It would be nice if someone could help me (I use Window Store download, so things might work different from launcher, plz notice) Ah, and the mod doesn't have anything to do with this because it doesnt fit with Window store download in the first place

Got the game crashed 3 times earlier. I dunno what cause the first one but there is a quite long message (cannot read it cause the laptop don't respond with alt-tab and need to be restarted). Second one just after a few second in the game it crashed again (no message, just jump out to the desktop and the game process was gone). The third, Critical Error, also just a few second after I got inside. Crash like this also occur a few days ago.... Why this game right now feel like always crashed after a few match... it's bad for my karma (someone even call me a liar) and also my stats.... you F^3k game P!3^3 0f $h!7 (sorry if my first post is just a rant and my bad English,, I really need to make it out)

after update 0.8.7.0 my WoWS crash after i run it. this is the error message: im tried to check and repair, delete bin32 and bin64 and then repair. still not working next im trying to check my games using wgcheck and then recovery but still not working. im not using any mod right now please can someone help me? today i cannot sleep because this

Basically this happens when i start the battle Then when i try to close the game , this error pops up and the game crashes Then I was forced to wait until the game ends and receive a pink name for AFKing in the game. I don't really mind having this pink name because of this, since I'm not doing this on purpose, but the issue is that this weird problem has been happening on me for a few time already, it's more like annoying

Hi, I have 2 crash today on my new rig. Its a ryzen 2400G with 16GB ram. RAM is XMP to 3200Mhz and the rest at stock setting. I have 2 crash today with the same DLL. Hi Guys Please help me i can't play this game becasue when i click "play" in the launcher menu, the game won't be opened and gone and always back to launcher menu. this case happened after i update to 0.7.7 version

As title, I got crashes too much in 2 days, 4 time in a day and 2 time in next day, Amazing. when it crash I can't controlling anything, it completely not responding. This is one of the rare times that crash reports show up and I captured it. Can anyone help me? Can't believe I threw the game every crashing occurred.

As of my experience playing on the live server in 9 JUNE, there seems to be a major crashing issue typically occurs when player shoot or left clicking

Ever since the latest update - my client, that very rarely crashed - is as stable as sodium in water! Please WG fix this ASAP

Is it just me or there's a bug? When I played WoWS awhile ago, I checked the US CV line and from Langley up to Essex, it's still loading and sometimes it automatically exit the game without notice, and when I played the Midway during lunchtime to test the new 2-2-2 loadout, the game freezes even that I can receive ribbons during the battle, that I had to DC and when I reentered the battle, it's still the same and repeat till I gave up. Anyone experience this or is it just me afterall.

Hi Guy's and Gal's I have tried 3 ways of activating the in game "replay function". 1st from "Jingles" YouTube video. 2nd from instructions found on this forum. And finally I downloaded the "WoWS_Replay_Tool". The problem is, I cannot control camera movement or any other function with the Keyboard and also, the replay ends with a crash with lots of Error notices and no results screen. Can you tell me which is the correct method too use. And do you think I may have corrupted the game in some way and would a complete Reinstall be a good idea. The game itself works perfectly with no problems at all. Thanks for any help. Alex B_T23

I launch the game smoothly but when I start "Battle", the problem starts. Whenever I am the one who will be loading, the game crashes. I don't know why. So I participated in the Wows survey that popped up in my port, one of the things that I wrote was that lag and Desync are still a big problem. The next thing I know, my game is constantly freezing, I am suffering from extreme lag spikes, with my ping hitting 1200ms and I'm constantly being dropped from the match. I understand that WG despises criticism but I think this is a little over the top just because I find their servers to be a bit under powered. So lesson learnt, I'll never participate in any of their surveys ever again, all they did was punish me for it.

I updated to 0.6.9 and tried to launch the game, but then this happened. I've tried re-installing the game but the same problem still occurs. I run Mac version 10.11.6 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB

I've missed some of the update grief or not, as I can't even load the update. It keeps on crashing, see below. I can't even use WGC to install/update/play as it's never worked for me. Edit: After rebooting & seeing this error reappear another four times, it stopped & now it's downloading the update+game. I ran into a problem where the WoWs app kept crashing after being open for only 5 seconds. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, only to find that now I can't even start the launcher. Every time I start it, it tries to create a shortcut to the WoWs game folder, but it can't find it so it just quits. Any advice?

So up till very recently , i can no longer alt tab/alt enter when playing the game. I always tab between screens as i may be doing things like changing music or not play in full screen as i may also watching stream on the same monitor. Whenever i hit those keys , my screen just goes black(like normal alt-tab process) and then the game just disappears. I do not know what caused this and i was wondering if anyone else experienced it and have any fixes around it. I also checked game integrity and everything was fine. Some time, after you run the WOWS for a long time or maybe use Alt-tab change to other app, the game may crashed and pop up a box say a lot of bug message. It`s mainly point the game crashed cost by like C:\XXXXX\World_of_warships\msvcr110.dll or C:\XXXXX\World_of_warships\​worldofwarships.exe and visual C++. I been search for a fix for a long time in many forums but not found any way. I tried redownload the client, reinstall many versions of visual C++, replace msvcr110.dll inside game client, but not work at all, so I just go official support. After a month exchange information with support, there maybe a way to fixed the crashed problems. At least for support gave me the solution until now I tested the game for 2 days didn`t got any crash now. The support said: We believe a fresh clean install of your game client is warranted. These instructions include a cleaning tool to delete any of our old files in your computer's registry. CCleaner is a free tool that we recommend (there is a paid version, however that is not necessary for the process that we would like you to perform) to remove any old corrupted files from your registry. Please remember to move any replays and screenshots you want to save from the World of Warships directory before deleting it. Note: Please take special care in steps 1 - 5, they are essential to this cleaning process. Please follow these instructions: 1.First of all, please ensure all other programs are closed and not running (ie, Skype, Steam, iTunes, etc). 2.Log-in to the World of Warships Web Portal, ensure you have the "Remember Me" Option selected, then close your internet browser. 3.Please uninstall the game (using the Uninstall a Program feature in windows) and delete the folder "C:\Games\World_of_Warships\profile" (if it has not been already deleted from the uninstall process.) 4.Download CCleaner. 5.Install and run CCleaner. 6.In the CCleaner program, click on Registry. 7.Near the bottom of the program, click 'Scan for issues' and then click 'Fix selected issues' Note: if you are prompted to save a backup of your registry, please click Yes. Save the backup to an easily accessible location, or to an external drive if possible. 8.While you are still inside the CCleaner software, first, please click on 'Cleaner' (upper left hand of application), second, click 'Analyze', and then click 'Run Cleaner'. Note: This will clear out your browser history, cookies, and logins by default, please ensure that the check boxes are unticked on anything you want to keep! 9.Download the game client installer. 10.After installation, run the Launcher and allow the client to update to the latest version. After completing all the procedures, kindly run game test. If the issue still persists, please send us your most recent WGCheck Log and we will do a further investigation on your issue. And the game is running stable for now. So I post this may help someone. I will reopen the support ticket if C++ crash again and post update, if not then this is it.

Recently, I am crashing during the games It happens in almost every games, which is extremely annoying the ping didn't bump up before crashing and it usually happens when there are lots of enemies in sight I didn't install any mods I tried lowering the graphical setting the situation improved a bit, but it's still happening and the graphical setting has already been low can anyone explain what's happening and what can I do to solve it?

1. Client crashes on configurations with 32-bit OS or a small amount of RAM Hello, everyone! The amount and quality of the content in our game is constantly increasing, and a lot of new functionality is being added. This, unfortunately, does not come “free”, in terms of the use of computer resources. On high-performance configurations, players very rarely encounter any problems related to insufficient resources, but on the configurations with the 32-bit OS’s or a small amount of RAM the client may freeze or crash. In theory, you may never face this problem at all, unless “the stars align” in a certain manner – for example, you get a “heavy” map with the high tier ships. Still, recently the number of resorts to the support related to the World of Warships client crashing on 32-bit OS or small amount of RAM increased. Because of this, we would like to share some advices, which will help many players to up the “survivability” of the client. From the technical side, the problem is related to the physical limit of the maximum amount of virtual memory allocated for the process in the operating system. Official information can be found on the Microsoft website - https://msdn.microso...a366778(v=vs.85).aspx The first line in the table is what is of interest for us, namely: What does it mean? It means that for the game process on x86 systems (Windows XP 32bit, Windows Vista 32bit etc.) the maximum amount of "virtual" memory for the process is 2 Gb, even if the RAM installed is bigger. For the x64 operating systems, the limit is 4 Gb. What is the “virtual memory” of the process”? It’s a full amount of memory, including all the application memory allocation + system calls + DirectX + mapping files into the memory + mapping the video-memory into the process space. It’s important to understand that the “virtual memory” of the process is not the same as what you see in the Windows Task Manager. With the 2 Gb limit, you can only play with the “Low” graphics preset, even if your configuration technically allows playing comfortably with the “Very high” (“texture quality” setting affect the likelihood of crashing the most). Currently, we are actively working to minimize the likelihood of this kind of crashes, but if you are experiencing this problem, try the possible solutions listed below. If your computer has more than 2Gb of RAM, it is recommended to install a 64-bit OS. If for any reason you can’t do so, read on. 1. Increasing the limit on the use of the virtual memory by the process up to 3 GB (only for x86 OS) For 32-bit versions of Windows Vista/7/8, you should do the following: 1. 1. Run the command prompt as an administrator. To do so, in the Start menu/start display enter cmd, press the icon with the right mouse button click and pick “Run as administrator” option. 2. Enter bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072 in the Command Prompt window 3. Restart the computer. Video instruction 2. For the systems with small amount of RAM (2 Gb) and integrated videocard (IntelHD and others) (for x86 and x64 OS) Switch on the “paging file” (also called swap file). This solution may cause a small drop in performance when the available physical memory limit is hit, but will prevent the crashes by the in-memory system starting to use the swap file. Video instruction 2. Long loading time on Windows 7 In the Windows 7 OS, there’s a defect, which can slow down the time of loading to port and battle more than twice. This problem manifested itself the worst after the client packing. This defect was fixed in one of the Windows 7 updates after the Service Pack 1. The issue appeared in the build "Windows 7 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850)", and was solved in "Windows 7 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_ldr.160408-2045)". Accordingly, this defect affects all builds between them. If you are experiencing a very slow loading into battle (over a minute) and you have Windows 7, try to install the latest updates for this operating system - likely that the problem will go away.
