They offer assistance and guidance to players through type-based website and email about technical assistance and deal with account related issues. The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service and has been trained before. Specific Responsibilities (Outline specific tasks and responsibilities of the role) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist customers with inquiries and issues relating to Wargaming products and customer accounts via a type-based website and email. Investigate and follow up on inquiries / issues and respond / resolve in the most efficient manner possible. Provide information to customers on in-game related issues, account status, transactions, and billing issues. Other duties as assigned. Relevant Experience and Training (Indicate the essential experience, education, qualifications, licensure, certification required to perform this position effectively) 1~2 years in training people about customer service Experience working with confidential customer account information Relevant Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Indicate the professional knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform this position effectively) Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Korean Strong sense of customer service & Excellent troubleshooting skills Strong motivation and high level of commitment Excellent teamwork skills & Strong multi-tasking ability Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or equivalent tools Advanced typing skills Available to shift hours and days working schedule depending on company circumstance. Passion for video games Pluses In-depth knowledge of various Video games Previous customer service experience Job Title: Marketing Manager, Korea Reporting Position: Head of Marketing, APAC Key Objective (Outline key/overall purpose and objectives of the role) Marketing Manager who is passionate about the online game industry to develop advertising faced marketing and promotion program for Korea market. This position requires strong qualitative and quantitative aptitude, and candidates are expected to produce case studies, presentations and narratives, and run ROI-based rewarding/incentive programs using direct response channels such as e-mail, online advertising, print, direct mail, co-marketing, and others. The ideal candidate will have a background in brand management, direct response marketing, consulting, PR, journalism or advertising and have experience working with large, global and consumer brands.
