・Why this topic?
I - The Ise was first introduced as a hybrid ship as a T6 battleship and the Tone as a T8 cruiser. And now the U.S. hybrid battleships are in Early Access, with the Nebraska often in battle. But in watching the streaming and playing the game, I often see battleships not participating in the front line, just only flying aircraft behind islands.
The problem of the absence of the battleships on the front line, as any sane player can see, is very problematic and makes it difficult to raise the front line/fail to defend and lose the battle.
II - The problem is that the aircraft of hybrid ships can be used indefinitely as long as the cool time is over. Currently, the preparation time for the next aircraft starts the moment the ship departs, so if an aircraft is used for an extended period of time, the shipboard aircraft can be used again immediately after returning to the ship.
III - Because air battleships are not equally available on both sides, there is a lack of visibility advantage and equality in combat with and without air battleships. (A half-carrier/half-battleship hybrid ship is a bit too much to fit into the normal battleship slot).
・Gameplay if this proposal is implemented
1 - If both sides are limited to 2 hybrids per match, both sides will have air battleships (cruisers) and the match will be equal (except for player skill, etc.).
If the waiting time for a match is more than 3 minutes, the above limitation will be eliminated - to eliminate the problem of long waiting times for matches at different times of the day.
2.- By setting a limit to the number of times an aircraft can be used like consumables (Tentative: 3 times for each ship), it is hoped that more players will participate as battleships (cruisers) because they will no longer be able to launch their aircraft.
Alternative: Limit flight time after aircraft launch (30 seconds)
As an aircraft battleship (cruiser), we believe this is appropriate as a ship that combines the performance of both a carrier and a battleship.
After the rework CV, we had set a limit of one T10 aircraft carrier per team / maximum of two T8,6 carriers per team because they were too powerful.
But now hybrid ships are effectively increasing the number of carriers. We request an immediate change to this specification as it makes it difficult for certain types of ships and vessels to fight and lacks diversity in the game.
