  1. Campaign Mission Restrictions

    The Xmas/New Year that the 2 campaigns, Battle of the North Cape and New Year Raid, have seen concentrations of BB, DD & CL. Crazy game play, not only concentration of a type of ship, also total lack of team play. Almost completed New Year Raid, looking back, its certainly not my style of team play & it upsets the team. Is there a reason why players have to unlock the next mission? Would it be more player friendly to have all missions unlocked with only the final task being more difficult with a requirement. Allowing players to choose the Mission/Task more freely. Do the players have to be forced to play a certain type of ship? For the final task yes, for other tasks it just makes players play crazy. Just saying how I seen the 2 campaigns and hope others can share their opinion (on the Campaign, you don't have to say how gorgeous I am)
  2. Ranked Battles Schedule

    I have a lot of ships on the NA, 46 in port, not any confusion for me there. On SEA only 9 port slots. I want to grind to the Khabarovsk, keeping the other slots for ranked tier ships, specifically the IJN line for the next season. Working on the RU CL/CA line slowly for future seasons. That port slot or tier ships is so valuable, without knowing what the future holds, how far off the next season is, it is difficult to make the right choice.

There are so many results, isn't that what forums are for, to ask questions and get reliable answers. Search brings up a toilet load of results.     Is there a schedule for Ranked Battles? (To help with an informative decision on the ships we sell/keep) When one Ranked Season finishes we should know the start of the next Season. For a person with limited port slots and living in the low to mid bracket of income, port slots are not cheap. (I spent all my money on the NA Server. Communication and chat is clearer, less of a language barrier (for me)) There are questions. What tier ships should be included in ranked seasons? T8 seems popular. For a person with limited port slots it is difficult to decide what tier ships to keep. If I have money I will spend, but until the funds arrive WG need to keep me/us satisfied, keep our interest to keep us playing and paying. Myself, I think T8 is too big a difference in the upgrades. With that input aside. I will finish with the most important question. What is the Top Tier the next Ranked Battles will include?
  6. My guess was the same. Compensation is calculated by amount of damage inflicted. Another Q. Is the full amount fined given to the other involved party or only a portion? I was thinking that it should be calculated by the direction the ships collide, then I thought that it could be abused. i.e. deliberately collide with other ships on your portside. With this in mind, 'Compensation calculated by amount of damage inflicted/recieved' is much better. Though I just got rammed again and again it cost me more, this time the other ship turned into my starboard side and T-Boned me, the other ship mounted the Furutaka like a ragging bull on heat, mounting the stern.
  7. Can someone please explain how the compensation calculations work. It seams really unfair, marine navigation does not seem to come into the calculation. I recently was rammed on my portside. The cost for me was 14,393 credits and 57 exp. Whilst the other ship was clearly in the wrong, their cost was only 71 credits. Its happened numerous occassions where the other ship is clearly in the wrong but the majority of the cost was borne by me.

    Edit: Upon my memory delay, I realised I had the Muli-Line Carousel Mod installed.   10. Moar shorcut and chat system

    In the recent Maintenance v0.5.0.1 quick Messages are available during battle, it would be nice to have the chat feature in the F1 Help during battle.

  12. It would improve networks if the isp's would stop throttling upload speeds. I was in Japan a 5 years ago and the upload speeds there were awesome, so fast that the Wifi interface could not handle it, LAN was the solution.
