Very often I encountered such situation when I pressed shift to zoom in and out, the interface is not responding, while the view still can move around, turrets can be fired but any other keyboard inputs are not responsive, till everything you typed via keyboard responded all of a sudden.

In short, BB performance does not lie in your hands, but on RNG.. if you are in good luck, yes, you can hit more than usual. Usually, not the case. Today's performance with Izumo, as usual, shells landed AROUND target, not even 1 on target.. nice RNG! fuck!

Disagree.. Izumo dispersion is seriously bad. Only once in a bluemoon I have good game when RNG spare me.. but she's a good punching bag. Sometimes I can't help but to think that WG is deliberately tuning down IJN vessel's performance in order to force players switching to Russian and German lines.. just look at those past changes on these vessels: Izumo vs Iowa; Ibuki vs Baltimore vs Roon vs Donskoi, sigh....

Well, if you refer to Yamato, I agreed his firepower is strong, except that I agreed with what Asakura Shinji said. Yamato is only strong with proper support.

Above statement with a very imporment condition, Captain skill lvl 5 concealment and not encounter any tier 10 DD or CV targeting you.

I am playing Izumo at the moment and I think it doesn't worth it anymore. Concealment plays major role here which I think Montana survivability is much higher, same for Iowa vs Izumo. US BB AA and mobility is also better. Basically IJN BB is just lamp post with a signboard on top saying "Please aim me". By the way, this is not a complain, just sharing my view.

This picture is nice! However Izumo's problem doesn't lie on the turret alone... In fact WOWs is a game. They can tweek the numbers anyhow they want like the shell initial speed, turret turning speed, vessel's speed and so on. Good Example is Russian fleet as we can see. If only they can tweek Izumo a little, that would be good, why upgrade Iowa from a good BB to super good BB while left out Izumo this awkward BB...

Basically Iowa is better in terms of fire accuracy, anti air (100 for Iowa), concealment (Iowa can be reduced to 12.xkm only), mobility, so yeah, almost everything.. ridiculous.

I know Dev will not see this. 0.5.6 has really shown that IJN BB especially tier 9 Izumo is really outshined by Iowa by a big margin.. That's all I want to say.

And more so we have to encourage them engaging in team play, rather than scattering around during the whole game.

Good day. Very often, or at least 80% of players in Asia server are timid, my thought. In order to encourage DD to cap, CA to move forward, BB to support, I would suggest a new reward system based on game timing. A hit on enemy would give the player highest reward at the earliest game timing and subsequently reduced over time. This is to encourage player to engage on the enemy ASAP and not hiding behind. By the time game reaching the end, even if the player able to hit more, he will get only minimal rewards. Same things applies to others such as citadel hits, capping point etc. Another issue is, there are times when a player trying to cover the team, taking all the hits and died early or DD trying to cap a point but sacrificed. A way to compensate it would be to reward that player in terms of Karma Point, XP and Credit when he received a compliment from team member and such compliment should be open to all other team members in dialogue, encouraging other players to give compliment to that particular hero too. Smooth sailing ahead.
