    Now let us do some mathematics.
    4 radians is a bit more than pi radians, which equals to around 230 degrees.

    I suggest some changes to the aiming mechanics:
    If the ship is turned, then the accuracy of the guns will decrease, for up to 10 seconds, where it will revert back to normal.
    Applies to every class except battleships, as they're screwed if they don't turn their ship and kill that DD chasing them.
    Does not affect turret rotation and forward movement, only turning of ship.
    This would be somewhat realistic, as the turning of a ship in real life would require a recalculation of firing angles, etc.
    This would probably make playing ships like the Cleveland slightly more challenging

    A-also just to make it clear you apply it on TOP of the CPU. Yes.
    T-totally not speaking from experience of someone who put it on the contacts. Nope. Not at all.
     
    My friend (and me) clean up the sides if it spills though. It's a good conductor yes, and might be a very good conductor of electricity too so much spills might end up shorting your MoBo. Dunno if that's true though, keep forgetting muh multitester when we clean Margaretha.

    So I was play in my Minekaze yesterday  and our carrier dies earlier in the game.
    I'm in an open section of the map with two juicy enemy bbs waiting for my torpedoes....
    and then this puppy shows up. 
     
    The puppy is not cute and has wings ~ the poor thing has no one to bite since all the puppies on our side are dead... so it just follows me around.... and around.... and around... and around... and around...
    where ever I go. 
     
    I'm thinking... this puppy must really love me. Then I look over to the minimap and see that the two other destroyers on our team have their own private puppies following them around too! 
    And, at the same time there is a massive pack of attack dogs going for our BB's too.
    Very coordinated puppy master I'm thinking.
     
    So my puppy is doing all this yapping which is attracting all sorts of unwanted attention from Clevelands and big ass bb guns and what not (I'm a shy guy in my Minikaze) so I decide to have shoot my puppy, loyalty be damned.
     
    On go the rarely used AA guns and...... my puppy gets a nice fireworks display! Forgot... those AA guns don't do anything , turn them back off.  
     
    Right plan B... find someone to help shoot my puppy.
     
    I trundle aaaaallllllllllll the way across the Pacific to find a friendly America cruiser to shot my puppy. 
    But my puppy is a clever puppy and hangs back just out of my American friends reach. 
     
    Right, plan C... drive around in circles in the middle of nowhere until the puppy gets hungry and goes away by itself.  Around and around and around and around...... and finally!! The puppy leaves!!
    Back to attack mode! I'm gonna follow that sucker right back to where he came from and kill the bitch (purely in the female dog sense of the word) who sent him.
     
    But wait....no.....ANOTHER PUPPY.......right back nipping on my ankles.
     
    After 10 mins of driving aimlessly around a blue digital ocean one starts to think... 
    Right. If I launch my torpedoes at this angle, then activate speed boost and swing around hard port....
     
    Can I TK myself?
     
    THE PUPPIES NEED TO BE BLIND.

    Kawachi isn't bad, I already passed it and now grinding my tier 4 Myougi to Tier 5 Kongou. You just need tips on how to effectively play Battleships.... and survived probably
     
    Tip:
    - When encountering enemy Cruiser & Battleship, AP all the way and aim for citadel part of the ship (engine room located under the smoke stacks, magazine room located under each main gun turrets, etc.). Scoring citadel hit means big damage.
    - HE shell is reserved for destroyers, as battleship's AP shells overpenetrate the destroyer's armor thus... not effectively damaging the destroyer.
    - Aim for the waterline to land accurate. The waterline is the line where the hull of a ship meets the surface of the water*.
    - With 30 seconds reload, always check your surroundings & importantly the mini-map.
    - Never go straight close towards the enemy, learn when to fall back at right situation & not when you learned you alone against large group.
    - Most important thing about battleship, you can't go rambo alone thinking you are indestructible. Always go with support.

    I'm fine if it's just 25%, 50% is a bit too much for level 2 skill.
    Anyhow, fire and HE damage are the only effective ways for Cruisers to take down Battleships, while Battleships themselves can kill Cruisers in a couple salvos.
    I'd be more satisfied if HE damage got nerfed more than fire.

    2 is correct, as repair works can recover 100% of fire/flooding and overpen damage.
     
    1 though, is incorrect. Damage from fire is based on percentage of ship, also the tier of the ship. A burn on battleship would deal much more hp damage than on a Cruiser, because of Battleship's much higher hp pool. Players complained about fire on Battleships because they see the large numbers, but percentage-wise it's practically the same with Cruisers and Destroyers. Carriers though is an exception, they burn at faster rate than other classes.
     
    The only problem I have with fire are fast-firing Cruisers with 6-inch guns, especially Cleveland because they can set absurd number of fires in quick succession. Atlanta is also a problem, but that ship is easier to deal with than Cleveland. 8-inch gun Cruisers though I'm not as worried about, because their RoF is only half of 6-inch Cruiser but chance of fire is only 50% more, also they are bigger and less maneuverable target so I can deal with them easier than Light maneuverable Cruisers.
     
    The disparity between fire-prevention skill and equipment versus Demolition expert skill is a problem too. Demolition expert even after the nerf is still too strong, while fire prevention effectiveness is still abysmal.
