Seeing all this disagreement about whether SE affected heal or not made me go out and test it for myself. Results are surprising, the tooltip suggests SE affects the heal but in game that is not the case at all.

Even no. 2 is a bit dubious since I've seen many a people say you can fail your way to rank 1

So I'm in the process of creating a new clan. The clan tag I wanted was already taken so I paid the commander 2.5k dubs to rename their clan tag+name so that I can create a new clan with their old tag. Unfortunately, their old tag is still shown as unavailable when I go to create clan. Is there some sort of cooldown I have to wait for or is it simply the case that that clan tag can't ever be used again? Fwiw, I checked with their commander and they can still rename back to the original tag so there does seem to be some sort of limitation there. Anyone got any insight into this situation?
