    Hi,The next few questions might sound condescending but please hear the rationale behind them. 1) Why are the answers to your questions so inconsistent? For example, in this thread, you replied with "2. No. This change is not needed from balancing point of view.", yet in your other answers to this question, "Hey. Most of the line uses these shells, so making exception for Khaba would not be very nice - while buffing other RU DDs was necessary. And, what's most important, Khaba OP-ness is connected mainly with her high protection by dodging shells. Thus, we are nerfing her real strengths, and needed drop is already seen on server stats. Will it be enough? We don't know yet."This shows you won't buff IJN DDs because they do not need it, but you so simply increased Khaba's alpha from 1600-1900. Keep in mind that Khaba had the highest WR and damage as well as kill rate which nulled your answer of "Khaba targets BBs more often than other DDs, so of course its damage will be the highest". Not to mention, nerfing Khaba's rudder does not decrease its damage output. Another example is you wanting to nerf ships that only a small percentage of players do well in. Your magazine article says you wanted to nerf RNCL because they perform well and another more prime example is removing manual drops from T4-T5 CVs due to “sealclubbing” yet only 10%~ players sealclub with T5 CVs (Nikolai is also a huge sealclubber). 2) If you want to reduce BB population, why do you keep buffing BBs?This ties in with the first question. Since 0.6.0, you have allowed BBs to pick two previous T5 skills (Concealment expert + Secondaries accuracy), removed stealth fire (which benefits BBs the most) as well as removing all BB’s stock hulls. Last patch you reduced Warsprite's turret traverse by 38% for reasons of "In order to improve gameplay". If you really wanted to improve gameplay, why not remove any stock loadouts from cruisers or destroyers or carriers? Carriers suffer the most as they have to deal with stock planes which is far worse than some stock hulls, not to mention T10 carriers still require you to unlock everything. 3) The most important question - Why do you treat us (the players) as stupid?No offense but when players suggest a few high skill mechanics (setting individual turrets at different angles, saturation of high tier cruisers etc), you respond with “it is too complex for our playerbase”. Adding a mechanic which lets players of more skill perform better won’t make players of less skill feel stupid. If anything, I am more offended that you keep removing skill-related elements like stealth fire, giving everyone sixth sense, giving more fighter ammo universally, etc. It is one thing to make this game more easy by “buffing the less skilled playerbase” but why do you have to do this at the expense of the better players? These are genuine questions and I would appreciate it if you do not find them stupid (nor are they meant to be offensive). Thanks.

    Greetings Sub_Octavian, Good to see you have expanded your QnA and hopefully answers will be provided (unlike the last ASIA QnA). My question is how many of your developers actively play the game and on average, the time that those developers play the game? I ask because I have seen your answers on how you believe the game balance is somewhat balanced yet since OBT, there has not been many good balance changes in my opinion and seemingly, many other players who have recently starting expressing their concerns on balance.

    Doesn't matter what meta is present. The whole point is as long as there is one class that gets punished less than another class for making the same relative mistake, there will be no balance. More of one class of ship only enforces the problem further, there is still the problem regardless of amount unless there is none of the class (I'm pretty sure every battle is guaranteed to have a BB).

    Except BBs are able to dev strike cruisers that try to angle from one BB or tries to dodge torps at 15km+. You know there is only so much WASD you can do when there are BBs from every angle that can shoot you at 15km and still reliably hit you despite your god forbidden dispersion you always complain about. Not to mention if you tell CAs to WASD, why did they nerf torps when it takes roughly 10 seconds for BB shells to land on CAs but around 1minute 30secs for torpedos to reach them? CAs need to reposition too you know, and it is that time that they turn away and eat the BB's salvo. You make it so melodramatic about fires but if you bothered to look at a damage chart, you would realise BBs take the most damage from other BB's AP (nearly double of fires). Not to mention CA's concealment is horrible compared to DDs, something you would've realised if you read my post and didn't cherry pick points. I'd also want to see the bad play that the yamato makes in order to be able to be burnt down so easily. Maybe they should remove the ability for DDs and CAs to stealth fi- o wait. You keep bringing the point that if a BB lets himself gets killed by a DD/CA, then the fires are OP, but if the DD/CA dies to the BB, the DD/CA is braindead. Perhaps try learning about the key components that make experiments valid. The problem is that BBs don't get punished as hard as Cruisers or Destroyers. Every class takes a lot of damage at high tiers but some classes take less damage for the same risk. There is also the problem of multiple BBs in one game (BB population is on the rise).

    Damn. Maybe you should've used your 25 seconds to think about what you post before you do. You really do contradict yourself, you know that? Yea, BBs don't spam because they only need to click 4 times per minute to shoot compared to cruisers who shoots roughly six times per minute, which means they gotta aim more, right? But that's beside the point. Since you have no clue about this game, I'll dissect it for you. First: A DD or CA makes a "small mistake", turn 180 degrees and show broadside for 10~ seconds to the BB/CA and lose 50-100% of their HP. What does the BB lose when a cruiser or DD shoots him when he's broadside for 30 seconds? Why don't BBs get punished for broadsiding to the extent of CAs or DDs? Not to mention BBs are able to remove 50-100% of DD/CA's health even when they are angled. Second: You don't think a cruiser needs to position? You don't think a DD needs to position? You don't think a CV needs to position? They can't sit at the back as that will achieve nothing but getting too close and they die to DD torps or every single BB targeting it. They don't have the stealth to disengage like DDs when spotted by surface detection nor the health and armour to tank like BBs. Third: I do play BBs and because I can think, I know they're overpowered. You yourself say that a full HP Yamato will be burnt down in two minutes but a Yamato can kill the DD/CA in one/two salvos which only takes one minute using mathematics. Your complaint is this: CVs are bad because nobody knows how to play them. But I'll give you my point directly: just because YOU or the majority of people suck at BBs, doesn't mean they're weak.

    Maybe you can use the 25 seconds in-between your reload to think about this question: would you entrust your chef to repair your car? You would think that a person with a low experience in one thing would have no clue what they're talking about. You suggest that Cruisers have the lowest skill floor. First, let me define skill floor for you. Skill Floor is the lowest needed skill in order to play sufficiently. Are argue that HE spamming max range cruisers require low skill floor but what about BBs? They require more skill to spam AP at max range? They require skill to know when to change to HE? They require skill to know that shooting will reveal themselves and one small mistake will more often than not, render them useless for the rest for the game? They require skill to repair 100% of flooding and fire damage? They require skill to bow on and be near impervious to damage? The require skill to position themselves so they're not spotted by enemy DDs, able to be shot at by BBs at various angles or to avoid CVs if they decided to want to counter DDs more with their high tier size and maneuverability? Maybe spend 10 seconds out of the 25 seconds of your reload to think about these questions before making your assumption. Or perhaps with the removal of Stealth fire and nerfs to torpedoes, rendering DD's ability to effectively "counter" the class they're meant to counter, they will now nerf fires so that the class you're meant to counter can't hurt you.
