    IJN Torp destroyer line

So having played with the new IJN Destroyer line albeit tier 5-6 i find that im waaaaayyyy worse with the torpeodo line which used to be my bread and butter. Now whenever i see a gunboat or a cruiser i dont even dare to go any where close due to the fact that i cant dual as efficently compared to the gunboat line and even if i get within torp range i would often times misjudge my torp speed and missed completely or the enemy anticipates and dodged every single one of my stinking torps. Having said that, the gunboat line are slowly becoming my new favourite ships for some reason i do alot better with them. They seem to do what i want whether it be dodging incoming shells while fighting off enemy dds or going for a torp run ironically. Overall i do alot better in the gunboats even though they feel like a poor mans US DD. So here i am asking u guys for help on improving how i play cause honestly i want my ninja torps back :V
  2. Oh crap edited. Haha funny thing is if this didnt happen i would be here with a salt thread XD
  3. So, I wanted to share a tale with u guys.P.S:There may be some missing details Was losing game after game either due to me making dumb mistakes or teammates just playing well enough. Then after reaching maximum salt i said enough was enough went on my minekaze and have one thing in mine to charge right into the enemy's cap and cause as much havoc as possible. Game starts spawn on the left of big race and i immediately charge left. Apparantly only 1 of them decided to go left, a lonely wyoming he gets rekted by me,isokaze and a bb after that i went towards cap. I noticed their carriers were idling around not moving with their team and cause most of their crusiers were either fighting on the top right or low on hp they were left utterly defenceless.Never the less, i made my way towards them swerving avoiding as much shell as i can and returning as much gunfire as possible.First ship in the way a myogi which got sunk with a few torps then was the 2 carriers and HOLY[content removed] SHIT THEIR ENTIRE SQUARDRONS OF PLANES ARE FLYING AROUND ME #@!$@#$!@.I somehow dodge their torps and managed to sink the 2 of them before succumbing to fires and other stuff. 4. Thanks for the advice, whilst my main problem stems from a lack of patience and a tendency to make careless mistakes and thus making my already salty attitude even worse Mingfang47, on 24 November 2016 - 11:38 PM, said: Checked your battle records, and yes. Stock Mutsuki is really bad. Well, my old account was in the NA server so i had to regrind all my ships when i bought a new computer and couldnt get into the NA server but yea ur point still stands
  5. Oh wow thats actually a very nice move by War Gaming, whelp my day is made less shittier thanks to this piece of news.
  6. If it is the tier 6 instead of the mutsuki, yes however i have already got the mutsuki so im kinda lost as to whether or wargaming will give those that got the mutsuki recently any sort of compensation.
  7. So with the ARP Takao challenge running i thought i could grind my tier 5 minekaze and get a mutsuki try to complete it. However the mutsuki is god awful for a tier 6 destroyer. It is so bad that i would rather take my minekaze to go up against tier 6 or 7. So here i am asking u kind folks what should i do? Should i stick with it hoping that the new IJN DD rebalance would solve this issue P.S it bloody hell won't Or should i just give up on the ARP Takao?
