Sorry about the dumb question but when does the collection end?

I used my blood and sweat to get the zuiho and hiryu. Now knowing that they will dispose of them, I'm just devastated. Even Taiho is being scrapped; a historically existing ship. We only have the Hakuryu which is a paper ship.

The Americans are going to have their line of light cruisers. But are the japanese going to have theirs as well? There is some examples such as the agano class of light cruisers and also the lone cruiser ooyodo.
